The City Council will hold a hearing to consider the Haskell's Landing Project, located at the northwestern corner of Hollister Avenue and Las Armas.

The following General Plan polices are proposed to be amended:

• CE 2.2 (Protection of Creeks and Riparian Areas)
• HE 11.5 (Inclusion of Very-Low, Low-, and Moderate-Income Housing in New Development)
