This project installed new landscaping and an irrigation system at the Los Carneros Road Interchange with Highway 101. The installation of landscaping at this formerly barren interchange will provide the necessary enhancement to the City’s gateway. Transportation Enhancement grants are funding this effort which will beautify the interchange and provide a welcoming introduction to the City.

Funding for this project has been a combination of Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) and State Transportation Enhancement (STE) funds.

Plant establishment and contractor maintenance will continue for three years after construction.
