The Revised Final EIR for the Marriott Residence Inn and Hollister Center Project
(12-EIR-1; SCH #2007121058) is comprised of two parts:

Part 1 consists of the October 2013 proposed Final EIR located here
Part 2 includes the documents below which include:

     -Comment letters and responses to the comments received during the additional public review period (December 3, 2013 – February 3, 2014);

     -Changes to the Revised Draft EIR (February 2013) and proposed Final EIR (October 2013) which were triggered by these newest comments;

     -An updated AllianceJB traffic report to clarify inconsistencies in the October 2011 report; and

     -An updated Penfield and Smith Engineers drainage memo confirming that the project grading and drainage plan complies with the most recent Regional Water Quality Control Board stormwater directives.

The Planning Commission will consider the RFEIR and related actions on Monday, July 28th at 6:00pm.  Further details are located in this Notice:
