Addendum dated June 16, 2017

Case No. 17-023-DPAM is a request of Craig Minus of Towbes Group on behalf of John Price (the “Applicant”) for a Development Plan Amendment (DPAM) to allow for a 13,320-square foot addition and associated changes. The changes are: 36 of the two-bedroom units would change from two-bedroom/one-bath units to two-bedroom/two-bath units in Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6, as well as minor size changes to other units, resulting in an increase in project square footage; elevators would be added to Buildings 5 and 6; clubhouse and maintenance building square footages would increase; additional common area amenities would be added to the pool deck, including fire pit, barbecue, and cabana/TV room; parking lot and landscape revisions to accommodate the additional square footage, addition of four carports; sound attenuation barriers added to buildings and deck and patio walls; replace volleyball court with community garden; and a new trash enclosure. The applicant also requests acceptance of an Addendum to the Cortona Apartments Project Final Environmental Impact Report (Case # 09-140-DP) pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines § 15164.
