Goleta Train Depot Project

A Notice Inviting Sealed Bids for the Goleta Train Depot (CIP #9079) was released on April 8, 2024, and can be found here: https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/45299/bo/bo-detail/114322.

• All bids must be received by electronic submission through the City of Goleta PlanetBids Vendor Portal no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 per Addendum #4.
•  All questions should be submitted electronically through the Q&A tab on PlanetBids no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024.  

For historical reference, the City of Goleta City Council met on December 19, 2023, and approved the following Plans and Specifications, and Authorization to Advertise for construction for the Goleta Train Depot (GTD) Project which is inclusive of the Building, Site, and South La Patera Lane Improvements.
