Other Projects

The Ellwood Trails and Habitat Restoration Project was in planned between 2012 and 2019. In 2020, the project was transferred from the City's Planning Department to Parks and Open Space. Some aspects of the project have been addressed in the Monarch Butterfly Habitat Management Plan Phase 1 Implementation project and other aspects, including trails and beach access, will be revisited in 2024-2025.
