The Goleta branch of the Santa Barbara Public Library System is offering a free class on photography with digital cameras, smartphones, and tablets. The class will be held on Monday, August 25, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Goleta Library, located at 500 N. Fairview Ave. in Goleta.

Participants will learn how to take beautiful pictures, change camera settings, and print pictures or move them onto a computer. Because space is limited, those planning to attend should preregister by calling the Goleta Library at 805-964-7878.
