This will be an informal public discussion about the Zoning Ordinance Project and Module #3 Part 2 (Regulations Applying to Multiple Districts) of the Zoning Ordinance. Part 2 or a subsequent part will include: Affordable Housing Density Bonus Program; Coastal Access; Coastal Zoning Development and Resource Management; Demolition and Relocation; Energy Facilities; Environmentally Sensitive Habitats; Inclusionary Housing Program; Lighting; Nonconforming Uses, Structures and Signs; Performance Standards; Riparian/Floodplain Management; Signs; Standards for Specific Uses and Activities; Telecommunications Facilities; and Tree Protection.
The discussion will be led by consultant Michael Dyett, Planning Director Jennifer Carman and Advance Planning Manager Anne Wells. The discussion will be followed by a 6:00pm Planning Commission meeting regarding the Zoning Ordinance Project Module 3 Part 2.
