The City of Goleta will reveal the artwork chosen for the Arbor Week 2014 Drawing and Photography Contest and host a reception, immediately preceding the city council meeting. The public is invited to the reception and Council meeting to view this art which celebrates the beauty and majesty of trees. Artists will be recognized by the City Council for their contributions at the evening City Council meeting starting at 6 p.m. This is the first year the City has hosted a drawing and photography contest in honor of Arbor Week. The artwork will be featured in City Council Chambers throughout the spring.
