Free Lecture on Accidental Disinheritance by Doug Buckmaster

Most Americans do not have a will and risk accidental disinheritance for their heirs. This presentation will talk about wills -- the Last Will and Testament-- and trusts, particularly the Living Revocable Trust. Also discussed will be the Advance Health Care Directive and preplanning for the disposition of one's remains. We will introduce the basics of estate planning -- the goal is to inform the public, not to sell any financial product.
