Santa Barbara County Energy Division will hold an informal workshop in the Goleta City Council Chambers to present an overview of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Proposed Ellwood Pipeline Line 96 Modification Project and to answer questions.  The notice below has additional information.  In addition to County offices, the Draft EIR may be reviewed at the Permit & Design Center at Goleta City Hall as well as at the Goleta public library.
