The City Council will continue consideration of the Haskell's Landing Project, located at the northwestern corner of Hollister Avenue and Las Armas.

The following General Plan polices are proposed to be amended:

• CE 2.2 (Protection of Creeks and Riparian Areas)
• HE 11.5 (Inclusion of Very-Low, Low-, and Moderate-Income Housing in New Development)
