As part of an annual preparedness process, the City of Goleta will be conducting a community meeting to discuss this year's Isla Vista Halloween Event. Representatives from various law enforcement agencies and City staff will be on hand to provide information about coordinated efforts between the agencies to address and reduce impacts from the event to the Goleta community.
