Goleta Partnership for Preparedness Fundraiser

Chili’s of Goleta in the Camino Real Marketplace is proud to support a fundraiser for the Goleta Partnership for Preparedness on June 30, 2009 from 4pm-10pm.  Chili’s will donate 15% of the all sales brought in by the Partnership.

Invite all your family and friends to bring in and use the coupons included in the attached flyer, in order for the Partnership to receive the 15% donation.

What is the Goleta Partnership for Preparedness?

The City of Goleta, the Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Barbara County Chapter of the American Red Cross have formed a unique partnership to educate, provide leadership, and combine resources to ensure that, in an emergency, we are all doing what we can to ensure that all segments of the community are prepared.

The first goal for the Partnership was to raise the funds for the purchase of two American Red Cross Shelter Trailers that are strategically located within the city of Goleta. The Partnerships first goal was realized, the shelter trailers were purchased and placed in our community. They were used in the Gap, Tea and Jesusita Fires.

The Goleta Partnership for Preparedness continues to work toward ensuring our community is prepared and ready to deal with a disaster should we be faced with one.
