Neighborhood Watch Program

In Goleta, the Neighborhood Watch Program establishes and maintains lines of communication and cooperation between residents, the City and law enforcement professionals in addressing neighborhood concerns.

The Neighborhood Watch Program also works with neighbors in addressing issues relating to abandoned vehicles, graffiti, unpermitted occupancies, and general code compliance activities. Furthermore, through the Goleta Police Department the City responds to citizen requests for increased patrol activities, traffic safety, general law enforcement and crime investigations.
