Welcome to the City of Goleta's updated Park Reservation webpage!

The City of Goleta has recently implemented a new online, recreational software. This online system will allow all interested community members the ability to view picnic site availability, make a reservation and take payment all in real time. Please click on the on the Park  Reservation icon below to get started!

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Group Picnic Areas (Area A & B) at Jonny D. Wallis Neighborhood Park are temporarily unavailable for reservations due to ongoing construction of the Splash Pad Project. Available picnic areas are currently open on a first come, first served basis until further notice.

HOW TO CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY:

  1. Click on the Park Reservations icon located below
  2. Choose the desired facility
  3. Search for your preferred date

Note: If the area is available, you will see a a blue "Reserve" button.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above
  2. Indicate the number of people for your event
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Request
  4. Sign in or create an account if this is your first time using the online system
  5. Follow instructions for payment

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t we have amplified music? We can keep the volume down.
Is there electricity in the reserved areas?
Is there access to water in the reserved areas?
Can I use the open space near my reserved area to set up games or have a wedding ceremony?
Are there bathrooms near the space I’m renting?
Can people using walkers or wheelchairs to move freely around the park?
Can caterers bring warming trays into the park?
